Subject : Wrong charges
January 2014 I have buy Norton Antivirus through HDFC Credit Card Amount of Rs 820/-. Now in January 2015 HDFC Bank wrongly charged amount of Rs 2240/- instead of Rs 820/- without prior informing me also i have not sign any ECS Form & not provide to Bank any instruction to clear the payment.
Now total bill of Rs 9100/- by HDFC Bank after charge with Late Payment and Service Tax.
I have already intimate customer care centre / Grievance Cell / Nodal officer / Appellate for waive off the charges so many time through email and also a Telephonic calls but no action in response to this matter has been taken by Bank. After Some time they have charge late payment charges + Service Tax. Already requested to adjust payment from Reward points. They are starting harassment and 10 times calls in day for payment.
I have already drop my HDFC Credit Card after cut in 02 parts in HDFC Bank drop Box (B K Chowk Branch NIT Faridabad).
HDFC Bank is a branded Bank in India. I am very much surprised after this issue & his services to customers.
