wrong charge

hi im mukesh I was take 2 new gsm mobile (9958006443)(9971722466)connection of airtel ,that time executive was said me this is free connection and we are not charging for it and not in future bt after one month when my bill comes to me in that they were charging me of rs.600,for activation charges, thats complitly wrong when I talk to the customer care service they were said we cant do anything for it and you have to survive with this and disconnected call ,and it has been 1and half month no resolution so please take action against to the company,and I need waiver for that.
