wrong call charge deduction

Name of company/service: reliance communication

i have recharged for Rs.92 on 6/7/13 for which i should be charged 30 paise local and 35 paise STD but reliance is deducting 99 paise for every local charge.After 5 days of complain still same local charge is deducted.Till now more than Rs.60 extra charge has been deducted from my account.
