Wrong billing and worst service

Respected Sir/ Madam,

I have given a request to vodafone for the deactivation of the ISD services for my vodafone number : 9886221881 and 9986883000 on the same date but the idiotic team has just taken the request for the 9886221881 and they did not activate the service for the other number and somebody is using the same number for making isd calls and the bill is being added to my number monthly bill. And when I am calling them to check the reason they are rude and want me to go to the police station launch the FIR and then go to the store and submit the same for getting the waiver of the charge,, This is not the first time they have billed incorrectly but in past too they have done the same..

Please take the necessary action so that we can resolve the issue soon
