I ported my mobile number 9555552825 idea to vodafone. Vodafone sales team informed me that I will get 2gb 2g data pack with E connect 375 plan. But vodafone charged Rs. 1774 after 2gb data usage. I called to 198, nodel officer, appellate officer but everyone denied for waiver even I have an email as a written proof, that mail I have received from Vodafone corporate care and in this mail clearly mentioned that I was using 2gb 2 g unlimited data pack. I provided this mail to vodafone but they don’t want to give waiver. If vodafone will not post waiver on my mobile number 9555552825 I will stop using my both vodafone number 9555552825 and 9711217171.
