Dear Sir,
I have been a customer of Vodafone (9884518204) for the past 10 years, with a clean credit score, for all these years. My records will speak for themselves. I also have another four connections as well for my family members with an equally clean record as on date. On the 14th of May 2014, I received a mail that my current usage was Rs 25518, and my services were suspended. I was shocked at this as I had not used this amount and was sure this was a wrong billing issues and highlighted to the concerned authority by mail on the 17th & 20th of May and 3rd of June . I also received a mail from Vodafone on the 15th of June that a complaint has been registered and will be contacted shortly. I also spoke to the CC and was told that this was an issue with the bill plan which was automatically updated and would be resolved soon. Now me and my family have been receiving threatening and abusive calls from persons claiming to be from Vodafone. And all my numbers have been barred. This is highly objectionable and is illegal. I have two basic questions • When my credit limit is Rs 5800, how did you allow my services beyond that? • I had cancelled my International roaming service by the 13th of Feb 2014.How did I incur International roaming charges for the month of May 2014? I had lodged a complaint with the Vodafone Appellate Chennai with no response from them,except an acknowledgement mail. I had provided all the necessary proof supporting my case in my mail. In spite of all this, no body has got back to me nor have the physical and mental harassment from the agents stopped. Am really shocked at the apathy and the way you treat a loyal customer of 10 years. As such I demand that you immediately stop the physical and mental harassment from your agents on my family consisting of an elderly couple and my wife who are suffering from various medical ailments and are extremely sick. We are being hounded by your hired goons who are threatening and abusing my family members which is illegal and will lead you into serious trouble. Also the other numbers for which there is no dispute or dues pending need to activated. I am forced to take necessary legal action as required to avoid this harassment from Vodafone for no fault of mine.
