wrong billing in post paid connection. missguided

Name of company/service: Aircel

my self Rahul Dey, no 7278130196. I am holding this no of aurcel form last three years also I always paid my bil im time. bt now aircel did fraud withe me. in 21st of august I called aircel customer care for activating 3g data pack that time one of executive told me about this so I requested him to cancel my 98 pocket internet plan and active new 3g pack then he said he is activating 3g data pack bt he is nt able to deactivate 98 pack couse I cant cancel any plan in mid of month so I need to wait till my next billing cycle. I said ok to him and also told him u take a request for deactivation for my 98 plan from your end but process it according to your company policy. in same day (21st aug) I again called customer care technical dept at night for asking whether my 3g service working or not then I got to know thar there is no 3g services available in my area so I was shocked and asked him then your executive shouldn’t have active my 3g plan as he must had my all details that time. then he suggested me to call customer care again regarding this problem so again I called customer care and told all stories to one of aircel executive after heard all this he transferred that call to his senior (mr asif mallik) . then mr mallik asked me all stories and asked me no wat I want .. I simply said to him that please deactivate my 3g pack and and keep active mt previous 98 plan like before. Then he gave me a commitment that he will do same. after all thid I was completely ok with it but after hanged up this call I wrote a mail regarding this to customer care mail id. after 3 days (24 aug)I got a reply from customer care that my 98 plan is active and my 198 plan has deactivated on 21st aug. I thought that episode is end but 2 days back I got to know that I have an outstanding of 3000 rupees already after get this information from a aircel executive I was surprised. Then again I called customer care for this. Wen I asked about reason of my outstanding, they replied that this outstanding reason is I used internet service without data pack where I was awarw that I have 98 rupees internet pack active in my no where I can use internet unlimited without extra additional charges. according to them I gave a request for deactivation for my 98 plan in 21aug so I dont have any data plan active in my no.

so I wanted to know is this a justification with a existing customer where I have an written mail of my request as well as I have reply form customer care that my plan is active. so I found this data charges is not valid. so please I want a proper justification with me . I already mailed regarding this to Aircel customer care also applets and nodal office but they r least bothered to reply . I just got a reply from customer care I deactivate 98 plan so I have to pay all charges.
I would request you to please take some action on it as I have full bleave on consumer forum
