Wrong billing every month

Hi
I am a user of airtel no 8009180009 for last 10 years. I opted two services in the month of may
1. Port out from UPEast circle to UP west circle
2. Family plan 1199 and connected 3 other nos.

Since then there has been 4 bills raised and they are imposing a tariff of 149 Rs on two numbers towards internal roaming pack, whereas I have not updated it for.
Everytime I need to go to airtel and explain them everything from beginning and they remioved charges with assurance that issue is permanently resolved, but it is not getting resolved. now I have opted for portout from airtel completely and they are calling me multiple times into the day. Yesterday call was received at 8.15PM. its just an harassment they are doing now.
