Sir this is to inform you that i am a vodafone customer from last two years bearing the number 9706038569. But i am not satisfied by their service as they had made a wrong billing on the month of July. As i was in wifi zone they charged me for using internet. Also i informed the concerned person but i didn’t recieve any type of positive response. So please kindly look into this matter and do the needfull. I am also pasting below the mail which i have sent to the conerned people of vodafone.

I would like to inform you that I am not satisfied with response from the Vodafone team, Assam and want to take it further with you.
My number was incorrectly charged with Vodafone Live! fees which I do not agree with and when I had a word with the team, their version was that When we use Wi Fi the access point we used is for Vodafone. And I asked for the document or the disclosure where it was written, the person mentioned “if it is not written, that does not mean it will not be applied” what a poor and low standard response. I really doubt your service. The worst service I have ever seen. I wanted the Vodafone Live! fee to be waived and the late fee which is assessed because of the non payment of the fee. I will be happy to be a customer of your network. Also I want the disclosure agreement to be sent to me on which the fee for using WiFi is elaborated.
Also, I get calls from the Vodafone team daily, I will term this as harassment and want to stop this effective immediately. I am planning to file a legal complaint against this, if this is not resolved.

I would like to escalate my complaint for incorrect bill amount charged by the organization. I have talked to customer service agents for atleast 4 to 5 times and I have spoken to a supervisor over the phone and I walked into one of your vodafone customer outlet in G.S road. Every one has assured me that they will look into this and will get back to me and a boy came to my house yesterday for the bill and I decided to talk to the customer service again and I am very surprised to know that there is no registered complaint, I talked to Rajib Das from the customer service department over the phone today that 2nd August 2012. This is the reason I am unable to provide you the complaint number.
The complaint is for incorrect billing, my blackberry services are inactive since April 2012 and my June statement says that I have used for internet services and I accessed the internet in a Wi Fi zone in my office and the charges should not have been there. The representatives along with the supervisor and the customer service outlet said they will look into this and will get back to me. No one bothered to look into this. And one lady supervisor assured that me that it will be solved within 24 hours and it is not yet solved. As I am not able to get any answer and the waiver of the bill. I am forced to escalate this to you. I hope this will be resolved as soon as possible and will not face any humiliation in front of my family members when the associate came to notify me about the bill.
