Wrong Billing and Malpractice for getting payments

Location/place: Navi Mumbai

Name of company/service: Bharati Airtel

Dear Madam / Sir,
I am Hirendra Tewary, I have two connections from Airtel,
1.9967879405 used by my Son, and
2.9967879406 used by my daughter

For both the nos. I paid Rs. 500/- at different intervals. 9967879406 was not in use for quite some time, as my daughter was preparing for her exams last year.
After two months when she wanted to use the connection she was getting the message, “this no does not exist”.

When we contacted Airtel , they said, your payment is pending and forced us to give cheque of Rs. 487/-. Even after that connection was not activated. This time when we contacted Airtel we came to know that connection is blocked because of non use. And it can not be reactivated. They confirmed if we get a new SIM same no can be allocated.

We provided them all the required documents to get new SIM and got it activated. After getting new SIM we again paid Rs. 500 in advance.
During this time my balance payment which I had paid previously was not reflecting in their system. We have written several mails to get this ,but all is in vain.

Instead we started getting calls from Airtel that your payment due now is Rs. 685/-. While on their website the amount shown was ZERO.
We again paid Rs 700/-. At present also the billing for this no shows ZERO. And Outstanding Amount shown is -700/-(Negative )

So far in total we have paid Rs. 3200/- , while the usage for the same would be hardly Rs. 1000/- over this period of time.
In their online system some figure shows and they claim different figures for payments.
Kindly help me getting solution for this problem
