Dear Sir/Ma’am
I am subscriber of Airtel Broadband since 2008. My airtel land line number is 0522 4075176 In first 2 year service was excellent even I recommended many of my friends to subscribe airtel . there was no any issue regarding anything , I was getting bill hard copy ,Airtel had a mechanism of collecting bills payment from customers home ,problem started when their executive started collecting the bills late he said though late is due to airtel ‘s side he will manage it and help in waiver of late fine ,from there airtel started imposing fine on my connection.From february 2012 airtel stopped sending hard copy of bills and no other form of bill was sent then also I paid bills every month without knowing payment dates and they continued imposing fine every month now they stopped my connection saying Rs 2500 is pending , I don’t know how they are saying this though I am paying bills every month , I requested to start my connection ,they started on the basis of promise to pay ..please look into the matter otherwise I will have to stop the connection on such a bad service .
