This month, while checking my bill I found the below download charges added in my mobile bill

2.’hello1_tvall_south’ again for Rs 30 on time 3rd August 11.52.56
3.’deals_mydala_99′ for Rs 99 on 10th August 19:55:53
Well, I am pretty sure I didn’t downloaded those stuffs at all.
Still to be sure if there were some bugs in your billing system,I contacted your corporate care through mail explaining the scenario.But,the executive was pretty confident and boasted of your ”genuine process involved in the pricing mechanism of Vodafone live service”.
Well, to be sure I did some checking in internet and found that I am not the only victim.This is kind of a billing fraud already experienced by some other vodafone customers also.
Paying some extra bucks a month is not what I am worried about, but I want the truth from Vodafone and I assure I will go all the way to hear that from Vodafone.
