I am Sanchari Chatterji. My Vodafone mobile no. is 9874****** .My (COMPLAINT NO: 1562638328 from vodafone customer care) AND (THE INTERACTION NO. 974528512 from corporatecare.kolkata).. I have received my Vodafone bill for last months usage. I am using this no. for almost a year now and I have never got a huge bill like this and I never actually checked my bill before as well as I trust Vodafone as a company. As I got a huge bill last month so I had to check my bill and I found out that there are some discrepancy in the bill. Please find out in the attachment PAGE NO 3 & 4 (AMOUNT RS. 434.00/- UNDER DOWNLOAD ).I never used “hello1_tvallsouth_”,”wapvilla_ppd”. I never go to such website or browse randomly because I work 12 hours a day I really don’t have time for this and I have unlimited free broadband in my house as well so I cannot accept this wrong billing.I also have set a credit limit to my account by somehow its changed automatically without my permission. So, please look in to this and do the need full about this.Please take the legal action.
