Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a regular user of Airtel Mobile No 9717967985. I have purchased a smart phone during the month of mar 2013. As I am a post paid user and in the month of May 2013, I have received a bill which was included Rs 455/- or something as internet charges, I have lodged a complain with Akosha.com but nothing has received and in fear of disconnection, I have paid that bill. During the month of Jun 13, I have received normal bill and that was also paid. Now, I have received a bill for Rs 950.07 in which a sum of Rs 537.30 is included as Internet Mobile charges. I am not surfing internet from my mobile. In the month of May 2013, in reply of my complaint a ladies rep of that company had tried to convince me that I am using a smart phone, some features are automatically activated, hence your increased bill has been served. I think, it is not correct. I am using Desk top in my office and laptop while traveling, why should I use internet mobile. It is also notable that no one is using my phone except me so that I should think about using of internet through my mobile by some one else. Now, I would like to know, correct solution of this problem from your side or I should try for portability of my No with another service provider.
