Wrong Billing

Name of company/service: Vodafone West Limited

Respected Sir/ Madame,
My mobile no is +91-9328067682. I have received current bill of Rs. 9,850/- in that the telephonic usage is just Rs 678/-.
My usage has never exceeded Rs 1200/- in last 12 months.
My credit limit was set at Rs 7,800/- and it exceeded to 9,850/- they did not let me know about the same and just charged me above my credit limit.
My current bill suggest that my Internet usage has exceeded 2.5 GB which has never exceeded more than 1 GB in my 12 previous bills.
The bill amount which I have received from there side suggest that there is something wrong in there accountability.
Your prompt action and reply will help us to take some strict action against them.

    Please be informed that VL+VMC+Iphone data pack@199 is active on your number that offers 2.5GB per bill cycle. However, we see that the usage exceeded the limit and hence you were charged for the same (for using Vodafone Mobile Connect)for the invoice dated May 7, 2013. Rest assured charges are correct and adjustment is not possible.
