wrong bill & thair payment

I received mail regarding outstanding of aircel number 8898007442. Today ( 7th oct 14) I get another mail from Aircel regarding Reminder for Aircel Account Number: 1-16387118127

But last time I said to the telecom company that Aircel number 8898007442 is not associated with me and I’m not using this number. So why I clear the outstanding of this Number. I replied them to make sure about this number and thair detail and don’t send me other reminder. Because im not liable for this number and thair payment.
But still they send me mail regarding outstanding and thair payment and it Harassing to me. I never expected form this type of mistakes firm Aircel. Finally I have to complain this issue on consumer foram.plz kindly do the needfull on this matter.
