Wrong bill generated Mobile No. 9899448210 – After so many calls -> No modification will be done as per service executive

Dear Sir,

This is the first time I am making complaint in this portal and hope to have some solution, as I believe in the same.
I am being charged wrongly for internet expense. Actually on dated 18th Jun’12 I requested to activate my mobile internet and confirmed with the their executive for the bill settlement between activation day to bill cycle day i.e. 18th Jun to 27th Jun’12 (~9 days), after confirmation from him I supposed to be charged for only these 9 days (That is why I accepted to activate services right then) but the problem is that I have been charged for complete monthly rent.(INR 198)

After receiving bill, I called upon the 111 helpline many times but they told me for some changes in billing criteria, but that was after my activation request not before. Moreover I was not even given any information for the said changes if any.
I look forward to seek positive solution from you.

    Dear Sir/ Madam

    I have only one question from Vodafone…!! Has any body understood my problem till date yes or no..????
    No doubt I have received 2~3 mails from “[email protected]” but just see them all those all mails are copy & paste of a standard mail content or earlier mails.

    I have done a chain mails to let your executive understand my problems since 30th Jun’12(Recorded Calls also mailed for the same). I think this is 16th times I am telling about the same but sorry to say no one till date has come with any solution more over till date not even a single call has been received my me regarding the same.

    What should I take this..??? Is there no customer voice respect in Vodafone???

    Now seems no hope to get any solution from you guys.

    As till date there is no response/ SMS/ Call/ mail from your side regarding my problems, I am now forced to initiate MNP.

    You people do not have any belongingness with customers that is why you do not give attention / respect to customer at all….!!
    Disappointing but true..!!

    Hi,
    Vodafone walon, asie kaminey rahul k ki help mat karna , he is really cheap guy, he always needs belonging,he is number one fraud person .He use girls like cloth so sim change kare ya network change kare , to isy customer se paresaan mat hona.
