This is the first time I am making complaint in this portal and hope to have some solution, as I believe in the same.
I am being charged wrongly for internet expense. Actually on dated 18th Jun’12 I requested to activate my mobile internet and confirmed with the their executive for the bill settlement between activation day to bill cycle day i.e. 18th Jun to 27th Jun’12 (~9 days), after confirmation from him I supposed to be charged for only these 9 days (That is why I accepted to activate services right then) but the problem is that I have been charged for complete monthly rent.(INR 198)
After receiving bill, I called upon the 111 helpline many times but they told me for some changes in billing criteria, but that was after my activation request not before. Moreover I was not even given any information for the said changes if any.
