Name of company/service: Tata Docomo
I am a Tata-docomo GSM service holder (84462-90909), I am running 899 monthly plan with all national and local call free option + one 70 Rs, 2GB net uses Plan.
in the month of march docomo has generated my bill Rs/- 3607. which is very unexpected. customer case said this is because Net uses.
and they said I raised a request for de-activate 2GB Net plan on 28th feb thats why net charges.
i told them that there might be some mis take from customer care executive in the listening my request i asked him to de-activate SMS plan not Net plan
and because of this much bill amount my out going is stoped and i am not able to use docomo services, i asked customer care so many time to resolve this issue but it seems no body is intereset in that. every time i call to customer care i need to raise a new request to each person
please help me what should i do in this case.
