Wrong bill charged

Hi Sir My Name is Pritam and my Mobile no. is 9540852192 this is third time since January 2014 when Vodafone sent me bill with wrong charges, this time i got a call from Vodafone on 30 April at 5:55 PM the person called me told me a new internet plan i asked him at least 3 times same questions because his info seemed me confusing yet he was sure and i agreed to take that plan from my bill cycle which start from 3 every month, i called to customer care on 2 May at 9:12 AM and asked about same she told me plan info which was totally different from the plan which i got to know in my first call from Vodafone i requested her to cancel req. for same plan and she replied req. is still open and we cant close it until it closed but please don’t use internet and call us after this service get active on your no. you will not get any charge i did same and called them again on 3 May at 7 AM and got reply that service is not activated yet so call us after 12 at night i again call them on 4 May after 12 AM and got replied that you will not get back your money it doesn’t matter you used the services or not, i have all call recording for above Mentioned calls they cheated me third time since January 2014 and when i Complain to consumer forum they call me and say it will not happen again, so
i want that you take strong action again them this time because they are cheating me again and again if you need call recording i will send you, but please escalate this at your earliest. thanks
