This is regarding the wrong bill generated for my Vodafone no 09999367399 for the Bill period: 28.09.12 to 27.10.12. The total amount is showing Rs. 3,221.70 from which it’s showing Rs 2,446.40

For VF Mobile Connect as I have used 489280KB of Data. I have called the Customer care person to activate the 3GB data plan for Rs 198 on 2G network, The Customer care person told me that your pack will be activated in 24 hours. After that I have started using the Internet data for the first time in 4-5years (you can refer the previous bill). Since I am checking my Vodafone bill regularly through online portal and found that my bill was near Rs 1200 then again I called customer care person that why this data usage have been charged to my bill then the Customer care person told me that after this billing cycle this will be adjusted before bill generation for this month.

Finally, I have received the message that your Vodafone bill for the month is Rs. 3,221.70 and I again called Customer care person and then that person told me interesting fact that I haven’t activated the 3GB 198 plan.

One thing I would like to clarify that I went through the Vodafone portal before doing mobile internet as I was already aware about the fact that this can lead the large amount in my bill i.e. why very first day I called the customer care to activate the 2G data plan.

Please revert Rs 2,446.40 For VF Mobile Connect 489280KB of Data and charge Rs 198 to my bill which I have used. I am not going to pay this data usage charge at any cost as it is just because of your irresponsible Customer care person. As the calls have been recorded when we tried to reach out the customer care person, you can check with that last 5 call record from my no . Please solve this issue otherwise I think that I need to escalate this issue to other level as well.

Additionally, you can cross check with my previous record and bills and I have been customer of Vodafone from more than 4-5 years and this is the first time I feel that I have been cheated by Vodafone.

If you people can’t revert this charges request you to close this connection.
Friends, This is the mail ik have sent to Vodafone… Request to all of you guys that please make sure atleast 10 times before activating any service on your Vodafone no…REally very bad and chepest thing they do to all customer……..
