Hi,

I am using tata docomo postpaid sim. In the month of march I was on roaming and used internet. In the bill I was charged very large amount for internet usage on roaming. However, When I was given plan and even in subsequent bill and data plan it was nowhere mentioned that data roaming is charable.

I have used other companies sims like airtel as well but none of them charged for data roaming and if anyone of them then they had mentioned before.

I receive average 5 messages daily. Also when we enter in roaming boundries we get multiple messages for roaming discount plans and many other things. But How they can not send one message saying you will be charged for using data in Roaming.

I talked to Customer care multiple times for hours but they did not care and said I will have to pay at any cost. They will not change the bill. there is no process to talk to higher manager and no grevience can be raised on their website.

Tata Docomo is worst Telecom company. They are cheters who do not give you proper information and cheat you on the basis of such hidden things.
