WRONG BALANCE REDUCTION

SIR, RELIANCE TELECOMMUNICATION COMPANY CHARGED ME Rs. 21/- (approx) THAT I ACCESSED INTERNET,BUT ACTUALLY AT THAT TIME I WAS USING RELIANCE DATA PLAN OF RS 15/- & I HAVE SOME MINIMUM DATA TO USE WITHIN THE PERIOD OF THAT PACK. SO, I COMPLAINED AT CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY SAY THAT IT WAS WRONGLY REDUCED AND BALANCE WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 2 DAYS BUT AFTER 2 DAYS WHILE THE BALANCE WAS NOT REFUNDED INTO MY ACCOUNT I AGAIN ASKED THEM AND AT THAT TIME THEY SAID IT WAS CORRECTLY CHARGED AND BALANCE CAN’T REFUNDED TO YOUR ACCOUNT. SIR, I NEED A SOLUTION AGAINST THIS. MY RELIANCE COMPLAIN NUMBER IS : 200368397

    Now after 3 days of taking new complain against previous complain RELIANCE company said that I haven’t make any recharge of Rs. 15/-. What’s going on there ! They are totally acted like a thief. Complain no. taken on 4th April,2013 is : 201003277. I need justice at all.

    We tried calling you on the given number but we were unable to reach you, as per the confirmation received from the respective team, we wish to inform you that we were unable to find the recharge of Rs 15/- on the claimed date.

    I also tried to call back but being service-number connection make doesn’t possible. Well, finally my problem issue has been solved. I thankful to RELIANCE that they co-operate with me very well.
