Wrong balance deduction & misbehavior of customer care service

Sir, My name is Mehmood Sherani. On 7th aug 2013 I recharged my phone no(9023419843) with an amount of Rs. 99, i.e the GPRS recharge which gives data value of 1gb for 21 days.
When I started using gprs, it worked quite fine, but on 13th Aug 13 at about 2000hrs My Mobile’s net Stop working, when I checked my Mobile balance I Found that about 150 Rs. has been deducted from my mobile. After that I checked my GPRS pack through that I came to know that pack was available in mobile up to 450 MB and also it was valid up to 18 Aug 13.
I tried to contact customer care continuesly regarding the said concern at 198, but it always comes busy, finally I contact them on 17th August & lodged a complaint (no. 207553464) in customer care about the above said problem, they replied that it’ll be solved in 48 hrs. I waited for two days thinking that my balance may be waived back, but nothing happened like that. On 19th I called again to customer care to know the progress of my complaint (no. 207553464) but they replied that I lodged the complaint after 3 days of balance deduction that’s why they can’t refund my mobile balance and started to argue with me. After that I talked with senior there but he also replied the same thing in not so good manner. The way he was talking to me I felt that he was drunk also because when I told him that I’ll go to the consumer forum about that matter and asked for his name, he said that ” JAB BHI CONSUMER COURT JANA HO MUJHE BATA DENA AUR MERA NAAM MUNNA BHAI HE “.
Please help me as this is not for the first time, they have deducted my balance. I am suffering with that kind of problems from last 10 months.
