Wrong Balance Deduction, Idea

I am using service of Idea since last 3 years. From last few days my balance is being deducting by Rs 1 every after 2 days. I called to the Customer Care, they told me that there is no wrong deduction, I am going to the Idea Power and my balance is being deducting. I raised two complains to the Appellate against this but didn’t get any solution. According to them they will not be able to refund the money and for the solution of this problem I have to stop going to the Idea Power services. I told them repeatedly that I never went to the Idea Power and I never used any VAS other then calling in this no, I am having another no for doing internet and such things but from their end I didn’t get any solution. Most importantly after launching the complain again my balance got deducted. Few months back they activated a call me tune on my no without my permission and my balance got deducted by Rs 35, I got my balance back after so many arguments and spending Rs. 10- 15 calling to the appellate department. This time also I spend Rs 15 approx calling to the appellate for resolution. Why should I call their chargeable helpline for their mistake? Finally I send an email to Appellate 2nd Jan’2013 but still not getting any reply from their site. Looking for suggestion what should I do now?
