I m using Airtel number with Friends plan. I had made a call on 23rd june 2012 which was 57 min long and co. had charged me rs.45 for this call but as per my plan it should be around rs.10. when i had contacted customer care they were giving rubbish reasons for deductions. Any how i had registered my complaint with them for wrong deduction and they told that complaint will be solved in 48 hrs and i will receive a call from their side but it had been more than 60 hrs i had neither received any call from their side nor my complaint has been solve. I don’t know what should i do. Please help me with the issue. My complaint no. is CWRCH30624262569
