for wrong balance deduction

My 80 rs. Has been deducted wrongly by idea service when i called the customer care then they are giving me a wrong information that you had called a no. and for that your balance is deducted but sir i haven’t used my cellphone at that time and also there is no call log detail of any no. Which they are telling .. They are blaming me and not grantibg my request. Please and i hope my request should be accepted here as i have a proof of this complaint.
