Wrong Balance deduction

Name of company/service: Reliance GSM telecommunication

dear sir
I am the customer of Reliance GSM and my mobile no. is 9907964556….
i am fed up with this service as they for no reason deduct the balance for no reason and when i call to there customer care service they keep on saying that “u have used internet browsing” but i am activated whats-app pack and i only used that, i am talk them many times but they said that balance is not refundable..and when i call customer care they said that hold for some time we can check your detail but after some time they disconnect call without any response….plz help to fix the problem
