wrong balance deduction

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: himachal pradesh&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Airtel</p>Dear sir,
On the same.subject this is my 7 th complaint.
As I had made a recharge of roaming voucher amt 44 on dated 26 Mar 2013 and I was out of state from Mar 27,2013. And when I was in.roaming then company had charged my calls on standard roaming charges.inspite of roaming voucher I had. My no.is 09816215105.
Many times I had recieved a call.from Airtel when I had made a complaint.for this earlier but my issue is not resolved yet and because of it I had suffered many problems in my business talks.and other things. This thing had reflected negativly on my economic conditions also as I am not economicly sound.
pls resolve my issue and oblige.
