WRONG BALANCE DEDUCTION

one year ago i ported my no. airtel to tata docomo, i have recharged my account with 123 tarrif voucher. this tarrif provide free local tata to tata calling (Local On-Net mobile secs. for 20 hours between 10pm to 6pm*) *[M.R.P. inclusive of Service Tax. Core Validity ? 1 Year. Local means call to any network within Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. Offer Period: Ongoing Offer. The offer is applicable to (Existing/New) users. Tariff Validity would be 30 days for New users as a welcome bonus Benefit available in home network only, not applicable while roaming. Any unutilized benefits will lapse at the end of offer validity days. *Between 6pm to 10pm Local on-Net mobile calls would be @ 1p/3secs. Base tariff would be 1.3p/sec. for Local mobile calls, 2p/sec. Landline (Local &STD) & 1.5p/sec. for STD mobile for 6 months thereafter 2p/sec. Offer Validity days start from the day you activate the pack on your number.] more details from their website.* but they deduct my balance many times when i have tarrif pack. also few weeks ago they duducted 3 rs as the same problem but they refunded. but this time they deny to refund. 13 april 2013 10:10 pm to 10:30 pm between they deducted more than 4 rs. and today 17 april 2013 they deducted my blance almost 1 rs. when i call to customer care they were said regarding to 13 april deduction that will not refund because they only refund within 48 hours. and regarding today’s deduction they said balance deduction is valid if i am using other network while i am in mp & cg is no matter for them. also its call roaming for them. please do the needfull. alternate contact number. 9993877066 (Amit Sarkar)
