wrong balance deduction

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: himachal pradesh&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Airtel</p>sir,
this is a fourth time I am lodging a
complaint regarding the same subject but
till date I had not got my balance money
and positive response from company.
I had made a recharge of 44/- at my no 9816215105 for
roaming but inspite of deducting a call
charges as per voucher benefit,there is a
deduction as per standard rates.
pls resolve my problem ASAP.
From Airtel they only use to call and takes
an inquiry about service.charges but till
date my query is not resolved.
pls do needful.
