My number is 8059144420 and Rs 49 was deducted from my account in the name of downloading videos from Xinlabs. I was sleeping and the phone was obviously idle because I was alone. I called idea and their people were rude and kept saying I visited that website and also refused to write my complaint. I want my money back. This is definitely a scam from idea and we should go to the consumer courts to take action agsinst these cheaters.
