<p><b>Location/place</b>: new delhi</p><p><b>Name of company/service</b>: idea cellular</p>idea cellular is deducting balance for wrong.automatically they activate some plan and deduct money from main balance.when i try to reach customer care for the same they did not respond properly.and when i call again for clarification they are not picking up for obvious reason.
