sir,i am new user of aircel(my mobile no is 8083878290).My no is approx 24 days old,i hv been charged wrongly for act. and renewal of vivekanand pack.i hv been charged about 70rs.When i talk to aircel CCE,they promised me to return the amount of rs20 and deactivate the subscription within 72hours but when i called back they refused to return the amount.After this subs renewed for abt 5 times..again i made the call..and the response was embarrasing..pls,make the to return the money with respect..
