Wrong Amount Debit from past 15-20 days

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: ICICI

From past few days I am receiving some un-wanted sms updates on my cell no. 07304301951.This is to inform you that I have not activated any service & also not interested for the same in future as well. Due to this some balance has been continuously deducted on daily basis. I have done a recharge of 110 rs few days back & hardly done a calling to other no.’s. All my balance is exhausted due to such un-authorised SMS forwarded on my no.Now when i forwarded a mail to reliance customer care id, they not even response (mail date- 25/06 & 27/06). This type of complaint i am making second time in last six months. I feel reliance is very pathetic service provider, who not even reply on customer mails. Kindly look into this & help me in getting back the refund for such un-authorised debit on priority from the co.
