wrong advertisement in newspaper

This is to complain that Aircel had given an advertisement in TOI dated 20.07.12 regarding i-Phone3GS for Rs.9999/- and Aircel connection for Rs.3000/- valid for one year. On approaching Aircel office at Connaught Place, we were informed that the validity of the connection is for six months only and not one year. I had a personal telephonic conversation with Retail Manager Mr. Abhishek Sharma who also denied that no such scheme is there for one year as it is written there “conditions apply”.
