I am Kasim, with mobile number 9032546603 a TATA DOCOMO customer. I have activated Internet plan of Rs.4 which charges as 2ps for 100kb. for 30 days and Rs.41 plan of all local and STD calls at 1ps/sec for 90 days.
But they are deducting as 10ps for 1kb and charging 2ps/sec with saying that 18rs plan is activated in my mobile. When I call the customer care, they are saying that I am browsing chargeable sites and they have not given any suitable answer and disconnected the line and after that I am unable to call to customer care.I have browsed Crickbuzz.com for cricket live scores.
I have asked them the list of non-chargeable sites for live cricket scores but they refused to tell.
They didn’t mention anything about this chargeable sites in the plan voucher.
How can they deduct like this without any proper information.
Moreover their signal is very worse, I wanted to switch to other network but they promised me to solve this issue and requested not to PORT. I have Called them 3 times. they are just giving Fake Promise and not solving the issue.
Really a very very bad service by docomo.
So i request you to take serious action on them and solve all the above mentioned issues as soon as possible.
