Wrong Activation Of Service

Name of company/service: Tata Docmo

I am a Tata Docomo Coutmer, with the number; 8981612339. By mistake I made an online reacharge of 152. And i want to remove this special roaming plan. I talked to the company’s Coustmer care executives they are not able to reslpve this….please help
