3G Rs-9 Pack wrong information on Airtel Site & *121* System
I started Rs/- 9 3G pack using *121* system on my mobile number 7895239502 and got SMS that my plan has been activated successfully. I used my SIM to download heavy data (around 400MB) for 30 Mins and disconnected after that. I checked for my balance and it was -571 (still getting reduced), I was shocked that it cost me all of my available balance.
I called up customer care and got to know that Rs-9 3G plan has been changed now to 25MB instead of unlimited usage for 30 Mins.
Whereas the customer has no such information and wrong information is provided on website and *121* system. Even on their site it is mentioned that Rs9 3G pack is usable for 30 Mins. I rechecked at *121* system and even their also no such information for 25MB is mentioned there.
I am not able to understand why a company like Airtel is providing wrong information and due to this the customer has to suffer.
I request Airtel to refund my charges for the above 400MB Data. I do not know the exact amount as till now the balance is still reducing (-570) at the time of being posting the complaint.
