wrong 3g charges

A very good afternoon !! this mail is in regards with wrong 3g charges , I have 150 rs data plan (500MB 3g+500 MB 2g) and n 19th APRIL i received a MSG that “YOU HAVE CONSUMED APPROX 1244 MB AGAINST 2167 MB OF BUILT IN MOBILE INTERNET DATA FOR THE NUMBER 8600041937 TILL 10:43 HRS,19TH APRIL 2013 .POST 2167 MB CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED AS PER BILL PLAN ” after that i call in customer care and consult airtel executive and he told me that its real data and it means “that you have 2167 mb free data and you have used 1244 mb and after consuming 2167 mb you will be charged as per plan ….

After that on 20th April again i got a msg “YOU HAVE CONSUMED APPROX 1186 MB AGAINST 2167 MB OF BUILT IN MOBILE INTERNET DATA FOR THE NUMBER 8600041937 TILL 11:19hrs HRS,20TH APRIL 2013 .POST 2167 MB CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED AS PER BILL PLAN ”

so that means that i am using data and mah data get reduced from 1244 mb to 1186 instead of increasing it get decreased by approx 50 mb

@@ AFTER THAT I AGAIN SPEAKS TO CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I WILL RECEIVE A MSG AUTOMATICALLY A MSG CONTAINING DETAILS THAT THIS MUCH HAS BEEN USED AND YOUR DATA LIMIT IS GOING TO BE EXCEEDS.. BUT NO I DIDN’T GET SUCH MSG.

after that again i call customer care and they told me that its a “SYSTEM ERROR “just ignore it and you have just used only 17 mb of 3g data .. after that on 21st of APRIL i use the keyword”3g use” and recieved that only 450 mb has been used after that on 22nd april i checked only 492 mb was used and after that on 23rd april 11:55 pm again i checked and it was only 495..17 mb …. after that i didnt use any net and just after 1 minute i recharged my bsnl sim and use that sim in mah experia neo v and airtel sim in nokia 1108 which didnt have gprs facility …. so if mah phone is not able to use gprs then how can 495.17 mb can be increased upto 119176 and another thing is that first your system send me wrong message of 1244 mb instead of 17 mb and after that again send me message of 1186 mb which is completely impossible to be data being decreased instead of increasing …and on 16th april i speaks to airtel executive and she informed me that only 17 mb has been used ….after that on 19th april airtel system keyword “3G use” informed me that only 450 has been used though i recieved message containing 1248mb ,after being some data used and on 21st april it was 450mb and on 22nd April it was 492mb and on 23rd April it was 495 mb and after that internet has not been used ..after that again i speaks to a male executive and he told me that yes you are right only 495 mb has been used and you should stop using data ..after that i didn’t use this any data …… so what is mah fault in that… i really didn’t expect this much shit from airtel …you people are just making fool of peoples ..from 16th April i have speaks to your executive for more than 20 times and at-least for a duration of 30 minutes every time ..but my problem doesn’t get resolved instead i am charged for calling them and though there fault…. so i am planing to stop services from airtel..so please resolve thiis shit and register a request for cancelling all the service from airtel for this number,i didn’t want to use airtel from now.It was a worse experience of using such services

And i also asked them that I have all the messages with me that your system send me and also those i receive by using keyword..so please send an executive to my residence so that i can show him all those messages so that he could cross check that am i wrong or correct…and also i will make the payment accordingly at the moment..I have mentiones my address ,so please arrange a personal meet with the executive after 7:30 pm only or inform me about any other alternative so that i can show my messages personally to your agent.

but they just ignored my concern so please i need help its urgent as 2600 rs is much much bigger for me and I can use this amount to pay my 1 year bill as my bill only varies up-to 200-300rs
