on 29/07/2013 my reliance gsm prepaid account balance was deducted by Rs. 49/-
I contact customer support and complaint for deduction and asked for refund of balance. complaint no. was 206643066. the executive answered to wait for 48 hours for refund of amount. Its more than 72 hours till I have not got the refund. I again contact to customer support but now they are saying that the complaint was registered only for the deactivation of service for which amount was charged. I have again registered the complaint for this misguidance complaint no is 206767541.
