Booked a taxi for mysore for 3/10/14 in 3 days advance recived a mail and sms confirmation but at nick of time they refused to provide the taxi just before departure time with no regrets or conern of poor customer who has trusted them later I found lots of complaint by customers against them as they have very bad track record highly unprofessional and shameless so beware of them.
