Name of company/service: Iberry
I bought a tablet from Iberry India. It had a sim card slot for the purpose of using internet. From the first day of purchase, tablet was unable to detect sim card and even if sim was detected, it did’nt lasted for more than 1 minute. I called Iberry costumer care, they mailed me a software update of the tablet. I updated my tablet and it was in exactly the same state as it was previously. Then again i called Iberry customer care, they mailed me another software update. I updated the tablet, even now also it was in same state. Finally after many checks like network strength, battery backup etc.. they agreed to repair it. But Iberry has only one service center, that also in Chennai. I paid 700 bucks to courier the tablet to chennai. They shipped the tablet back to me. Anything was’nt changed. The problem still persisted. Once again i got in the circle of calling and shipping the tablet.
Right now i am shipping the tablet for 5th time.
P.S- The company (Iberry) is totally shit. I think company have only 5-10 persons who handle calls from customers, there are no engineers in the company who can repair the problem.
Suggestion- never buy such a shit.
