Unhappy with you bus sercices services of City Travel booked Via Travel Yaari and Red Bus for Delhi to Simla and return ticket.
Reason:
Boarding time of bus is 9:00 pm, but came at 10:00 pm, and moved at 11 pm, which means wastage of 2 hrs
Behavior of bus coordinator was too rude, it was unbearable, they don’t know any thing, they are ready to fight for any small reason,
They have few pieces of paper and customer had to fight for getting the bus number.
Seat no was 9 and 10 but given us 5 & 6 then what is the meaning of Seat selection at the time of booking and at 10:30 PM they were telling you can take refund.
They even don’t know how to speak with ladies
Taking the highest price of 1500.00/- but providing worst service.
