Dear Airtel Team
With deep dissatisfaction, I would like to lodge a complaint against Airtel.
I want to convert my number from prepaid to postpaid and I have visited to Airtel Relationship Centre in (marathahalli center, Bangalore) regarding this concern on 28th May 2017. After submitting all documents, they told me that your number will be activated in few days. Our request number is 721506406. On 1st june 2017, an airtel person visited home for verification process.
But still my number is not activated then on 6th of june, I send a mail to [email protected] about my issue. Then I got a call from airtel on 8th june and he told me your number will be activated till 10th June. Even I got number activation messages on my alternate number but postpaid number is not activated.
We got a call from 9741397414 number and he informed me that if u will not call on 59059 for activation then we will block this number. We informed him that postpaid number signal is available but mobile network is not available for that number. We call airtel representative a lot of time but all airtel representative say is we will call u back but never get a call.
After all these things, I send a mail on [email protected] id again but no response. On 20th June, I send a mail on [email protected] about this issue even send messages on twitter and Facebook But still my number is not activated.
Due to this problem I am very much disturbed.If this type of bad service continue with me i want to think about another network, I know if I switch to any other network there have not any effect in AIRTEL but atleast its good for me.
