Worst of Services – GC NO : 4277796 (Agarwal Packers & Movers)

Hi !

I am writing this mail after facing lot of harassment from your service staff during last 7 days. It seems they find opportunities to harass clients. Earlier, lot of follow-ups were done for my car delivery (4277797 – GC No) – After every hour, your agent were calling me at highways or locations to pick up the car. After that, they wanted to come along with petrol as Car fuel tank is empty though during the time of pickup it had 19litres of petrol. Now, for the next delivery (4277796 – GC No) they are unclear about the package by what time the package will be delivered & nor ready to share the driver details.
During the time of booking, it was committed that the delivery will be done by 8th day but to my disappointment today it’s the 10th day & me & my family are unable to plan when to shift to the new flat. Here are the contact details of your support staff (Mr.Kaushik – 9359343105 , Mr.Reddy – 9346219323 & Mr. Panduranga – 9391014315) who are really bottlenecks in your support vertical ; Most of the times, Mr. Reddy & Mr. Panduranga never answers the calls/cancels it & when they answer it they just keep it on side without any answer. To be true, never in my dreams I expected such sort of services from such a brand which mention themselves as the vendor to service 60% of market.

I hope, this mail reaches to the concerned person & necessary action is taken on top most priority.
