Worst customer service ever received . Called up customer care and got complaint no.RMA 120803002147. No one visited or called. Again Called up twice and got very rude reply. Took no. 0755-4279911 from internet . They had put my call on hold for half an hr . and When called up again they disconnected my no. thrice . Is this the reason to buy LG product. Would like to log complaint for the attitude received by them.They were not at all helpful rather very very rude . I am already concerned about my washing machine . And they are mentally toturing us .
