On June 27, 2014, I submitted my brand new XOLO Q600s to M/S Tech Solution, SCF-30, Red Cross Street, Hisar, Haryana -125001, the official XOLO Service Centre as there was some technical fault in the phone. The Wifi of the phone was not even switching on. From about last one month, I used to call company’s main helpline, ASM (Area Service Manager) Haryana and the service centre to know the status of phone. But by now as on August 5, 2014 there is no correct report about the phone from them.
I want to suggest everyone not to buy a XOLO phone as their services are worst. The phone number written on the JOB SHEET provided by the service centre is wrong (9896826726). The Area Service Manager, Haryana whose phone number I got from the company’s helpline after warning them that I am going to the Consumer Forum if no feedback is provided by them is also not co-operating. He is not taking my call.
I have sent an Email from the company’s website but as usual no reply is obtained from them till now.
From about last one month, I am calling the company helpline almost daily but they are saying from day 1, “wait for some time, you will receive your phone in 2 to 3 days” which is the same response, I got from them when I called them today.
I found no single responsible person in the company among the several officials I have contacted.
I want to know when I will receive my phone and How? as I have tried all possible ways that I can.
