I am a regular user of Vodafone prepaid connection and use it for internet. But this company has deducted my balance by activiating VASTU PACK without my choice. When I asked about the deduction they told that you have activated this service by yourself, when I said that why will I stop for this service if I require. Then the customer care Executive told me that this is because of the Flash message we send time to time on your number and you have done Ok for the message. I asked then why should I pay for the service which is not required for me and also asked to refund the balance but customer care executive behaved rudely and denied for it. I said that I am an aware customer and you are behaving bad with me and what about the illitrate and innocent people living in rural areas, you do the same deduction for the servinces which they never require for them by sending these stupid Flash messages. I raised question but these people bears for it. Then customer care Executive replied,”This is the policy of the company what can be done. I told that I will go to TRAI and consumer forum then that person said its your choice. The name of the customer care Executive was Aditya. Kindy take action against this company so that It will not deduct unfair balance of the innocent and illiterate people and also insturct to refund my balance which is unfairly deducted.
