Worst Service from Taxi For Sure

Sharing the Incident which has happened to me recently with Taxi For Sure in Pune. I have booked a taxi on 21-10-2014 from my home to bus stand to catch bus. I have made booking around 7 hrs prior to my pickup time. The booking had been confirmed from taxi for sure. Got the mail confirmation from company also. When I didn’t get any details about cab and driver, I try to enquire about same with their customer care team they told me they can’t provide me cab and ask me to change my pickup time. They even don’t bother to inform me about cab unavailability so that I can arrange something else.

    Hi even I had same experience yesterday. I have also put it in consumer forum. Even on face book also people have same complains. I wonder how do they manage to run their business! At the same time they are very arrogant. Is there any penalty for this? Driver simply refused to come
