Worst service from Reliance Broadband and worst customer care

Hi e have Reliance broadband internet connection in which we are facing internet connectivity issues from past 15 / 20 days in which we have called the customer care expecting for resolution of the issue. We called them 2 Nov 2014 i e today and the customer care executives say a complaint number and said that it will take 3 days of time to get the issue resolved. We being the corporate employees who are working from home need the internet connection continuously. So we called the reliance customer care service in which we got very rude response from the floor manager Mr Yuvraj from Chennai.

Inspite of us paying the bills without fail and without delay we are given such a pathetic service. The connection wont be stable, it ill get disconnected frequently and all our work will be disturbed/delayed. I tried to explain the same thing to the Floor Manager Mr Yuvraj, he said “apologies for the problem sir, you wait for 3 days to get the problem otherwise call the next day, thats hat can provide you information.”

Inspite of the customer service being a 24/7 customer service all the agents are bluffing the customer that there is no other higher lever and behaving as if they are CEOs of Reliance broadband and this guy Mr Yuvraj is a very rude person, dont have manners and dont know to talk to a customer inspite of him being orking in customer care services department.

Pathetic service and shame on Reliance Broadband inspite of being India’s No corporate. They become No 1 corporate by cheating the customers.
